Bonbon of dates and walnuts
Instructions
In a saucepan put sugar, add a few tablespoons of water and put on the fire.
Melt at low heat and when it begins to simmer after 2 minutes turn off.
Stir in syrup and almond flour mix.
In a small glass of maraschino dissolve a bit green and another a bit pink.
Divide into two parts the mixture of almonds and each incorporated a glass of different colours.
Worked the two doughs until they are evenly colored.
Make balls.
Crush those Greens between two kernels of nuts and pink ones in a pitted date.
Put each other into paper baking cups arranged in alternating circles.

- 500 g of almond flour
- 500 g of sugar
- 20 walnut kernels
- 20 dates
- Maraschino
- Pink food color
- Green food color
