Instructions
Grease the bottom of 6 individual pans.
Sprinkle with a little salt and cover the bottom with a layer of scales not too thin grated truffle with the special tool.
With the same design Ettore Sottsass make you fall over a layer of grated cheese.
Repeat with truffles and cheese 2 more times.
Finish with butter flakes and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 1 120 g white truffle
- 500 g of grana
- 40 g of butter
- Little of salt
