Instructions
Peel and cut into 5 cm pieces white coasts and boil them.
Sauté the garlic and chopped onion with butter, then add the cream, parmesan and bake for 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Arrange the sliced meatloaf on the coasts.
