Turkey terrine with dried fruit
Instructions
Line a mould from plum-cake with Bacon, mix well all ingredients seasoning well with salt and pepper.
Pour it into the mold pressing well, cover with aluminum foil.
Bake Bain-Marie for about 150 minutes at 170 degrees.
Cool by placing a weight on the bowl.
Serve at room temperature.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 500 g of diced turkey breast
- 500 g of pork grind
- 100 g of diced pork lard
- 10 cl of white wine
- 200 g of mixed nuts
- 1 egg
- 200 g of bacon (or bacon)
- Salt
- Pepper
