Timbale of spinach
Instructions
Boil the spinach, squeeze dry and chop.
Soak the gelatine in cold water.
Melt butter, Add flour and lightly roasted.
Pour the hot milk and cook for 10 minutes, stirring with a whisk.

Stir in spinach and refrigerate before serving.
