Tiramisu
Instructions
Whip egg whites until foamy soda.
Grate the chocolate.
Together in a bowl the egg yolks and sugar, then roll them into balls with the wooden spoon until white and frothy.
Gently add the mascarpone, then the egg whites.
Cover the bottom of a serving platter tall rectangular with a layer of ladyfingers and brush thoroughly with coffee.
Cover them with a layer of mascarpone cream and sprinkle with a little grated chocolate.
So on until exhaustion ingredients.
The last layer should be powdered cocoa mascarpone.
Place the cake in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.

- 400 g of mascarpone
- 200 g of biscuits savoiardi
- 150 g of icing sugar
- 200 g of chocolate
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
- 3 cups of strong espresso coffee
