Tiramisu with mascarpone
Instructions
Beat egg yolks well and 5 tablespoons sugar; combine 3 tablespoons mascarpone and rum, then the whipped egg whites.
Mix coffee, rum and 2 tablespoons sugar; stretch with little water and get very wet cookies.
In a toggle a layer of biscuits in one of mascarpone cream until you run out of ingredients.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Sprinkle of cocoa.

- 300 g of biscuits savoiardi
- 500 g of mascarpone
- 4 eggs
- Rum
- 7 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 cup of strong espresso coffee
- Bitter cocoa powder
