Tiramisu with fruit in syrup
Instructions
Soak the ladyfingers with wine and alkermes.
Whip the cream with the icing sugar and vanillin.
Cut fruit, almond flakes.
Place everything in a rectangular mold, in alternating layers.
Put in the refrigerator.
Beat the egg yolks with sugar.
Add the marsala and cook on low heat.
Away from heat, pour the brandy.
Pour a bit of cold zabaglione on tiramisu and passed the rest aside.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 1 pack of savoiardi biscuits
- 150 g of fish compote
- 10 cl of sweet white wine
- 10 cl of alkermes
- 100 G = = Cream
- 70 g of apricots in syrup
- 30 g of almond
- Icing sugar
- Vanillin
- For the zabaglione:
- 3 egg yolks
- 6 means egg shells
- Marsala wine
- Brandy
