Strawberry tiramisu (2)
Instructions
Work all ingredients (ricotta, mascarpone, juice and orange peels) including sugar; break the stick of vanilla beans and use half.
Stir gently whipped cream.
For the strawberry sauce: cut the strawberries and pass them to the mixer with the orange juice, sugar and Cognac, or, if you prefer, with Cointreau.
Use a 2 litre container.
Place the cookies on the bottom half, pouring half the sauce then half the ricotta and mascarpone cream.
Smooth the surface and proceed the same way to all other layers.
Leave for 4 hours in the refrigerator and, before serving, hold for one hour in the freezer.
Sprinkle with cocoa and add some whole strawberry.
The preparation requires a total of 25 minutes.

- 250 g of ricotta
- 250 g of mascarpone
- 1 orange zest untreated
- 2 tablespoons of orange juice
- 1 stick of vanilla
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 18 cl of whipped
- For the strawberry coulis:
- 250 g of strawberries
- 10 cl of orange juice
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cognac (or cointreau)
- 150 g of biscuits savoiardi
- Cocoa
