Strawberry vinaigrette
Instructions
Pour into a bowl and add the vinegar and salt.
Gradually add the oil, pouring it and beating the mixture with a whisk by hand.
When all is well emulsified, add the strawberries, washed thoroughly, rinse and dry with a clean, absorbent cloth.
Mix the vinaigrette, always using the whip, so that most of them will, joining and forming emulsion one with it.
Let macerate for an hour or more, then served this delicate sauce as an accompaniment to boiled or grilled white meats.

- 250 g of strawberries
- 6 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 300 g of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
