Tonno alla genovese
Instructions
Put in a pan with oil, 1 tablespoon flour, chopped anchovies, parsley and a clove of garlic.
Stir and add the tuna with white wine, salt, pepper and mushrooms, you'll first soaked in warm water and then cut.
Put to boil and before cooking is finished add 30 g of butter and the juice of half a lemon.
