Instructions

In a bowl beat the egg yolks with sugar, gradually add the butter cold liquefied, cocoa, milk, flour, salt, egg whites whisked egg whites and baking powder, making sure to mix well.

Pour into a buttered baking-pan and sprinkling of white flour, pass it quickly in hot oven and leave it for 30 minutes at moderate temperature and without opening the door.
