Instructions
Soften butter at room temperature, then work it with a wooden spoon, gradually merging, icing sugar.
Add eggs one at a time while continuing to work the dough.
On a tray layering cookies dunked in coffee, a layer of cream and cocoa.
Continue until exhaustion ingredients.
Keep in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

- 3 eggs
- 300 g of icing sugar
- 300 g of butter
- 150 g of bitter cocoa
- 600 g of biscuits
- Hot coffee
