Limoncello cake
Instructions
Halve the sponge cake.
Whip the cream with sugar.
Wash and dry the strawberries and cut them lengthwise.
Mix vodka and limoncello to wet the sponge.
Spread half of cream and half of the strawberries on cake and cover the other medium sponge cake.
Cover with the remaining cream and garnish with strawberries.

- 1 spain loaf ready for 22 cm
- 1 dram of vodka
- 3 cups of limoncello
- 40 cl of cream
- 2 tablespoons of icing sugar
- 200 g of strawberries
