Limoncello cream
Instructions
Put the peels in alcohol for four and a half days.
Boil the milk the vanillin.
When it is almost cold, add sugar and mix.
Filter the alcohol, then add peels everything and filter well, even two times.
Put frezeer for a couple of days.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 cl of neutral alcohol to 96 degrees
- 1000 g of sugar
- 100 cl of whole milk
- 3 envelopes of vanilla powder
- 6 lemons (zest)
