The Yoghurt cake (2) (Torta allo Yogurth (2))
Instructions
Turn on the oven to 180 degrees.
In the meantime, take the sugar and pour it into a bowl along with eggs.
Melt the butter and add it to the mixture.
Sift the flour and blend it with the whole stirring much avoiding lumps.
Add the Vanillin, the yoghurt and yeast.
Grease and flour a baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
Spent the time dust off the cake with powdered sugar to taste.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of 00 flour
- 300 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of butter or margarine
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 pack of whole from 125 g yoghurt
- 1 walnut butter or margarine for baking sheet
