The Yoghurt cake (2)
Instructions
In a bowl beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt until the mixture is creamy.
Add a little at a time, starch flour sifted with baking powder, add the yogurt, stirring gently.
Grease and flour a mould, pour the mixture and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Put on the wire rack, let cool.
The bun on a serving dish, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 125 g of whole yoghurt
- 80 g of sugar
- 50 G = = wholemeal flour
- 50 g of maizena
- 2 eggs
- Baking powder
- Icing sugar
- Salt
- Butter
