Pie with zucchini flowers
Instructions
Explain the puff pastry into a buttered and floured, then place it in a cool place.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and the cream, add the Parmesan cheese, chives, a pinch of nutmeg, salt, pepper and olive oil, stirring well.
Heat oven to 210 degrees.
5 finely chop Zucchini with flowers and add them to the mixture in the bowl.
Mix well, prick with a toothpick the puff pastry, pour in the mixture and bake.
Divide remaining Zucchini lengthwise to facilitate cooking.
After 10 minutes remove the cake from the oven and add Zucchini cut in a radial pattern.
Continue baking for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Serve lukewarm.

- 200 g of puff pastry
- 2 eggs
- 20 cl of cooking cream
- 1 tablespoon of chives
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 8 zucchini flowers
- Butter
- Flour
