Instructions
Clean asparagus and coasts and Blanch separately in salted water, drain well, and then toss in coarsely slice pan with butter.
When are cold combine eggs, cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Line a greased baking with half the pastry, fill it with the mixture and cover with the remaining dough sealing it well.
Do browse through a hole and bake at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.

- 400 g of puff pastry
- 2000 g of thin asparagus
- 1000 g of tender celery sticks
- 2 eggs
- 30 g of butter
- 6 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
