Artichoke cake (3)
Instructions
Clean the artichokes, wash them and cut them into slices.
In a pan heat two tablespoons of oil with the garlic and start to Brown the artichokes.
Add salt, pepper, simmer covered 30 minutes.
When artichokes are ready toss them in a bowl, add the Parmesan cheese and grated pecorino cheese, cream, eggs, olives.
Stir.
Grease a cake tin, foderatela with pastry rolled out, pour the mixture and bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees for forty minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve this cake warm, but not too much.

- 2 potatoes
- 100 g of sweet pecorino cheese
- 12 pitted green olives
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 1 sprig of parsley
