Chocolate Cake (Torta di Cioccolato)
Instructions
Melt chocolate with 2 tablespoons of water in a double boiler, add sugar and butter into pieces.
Remove from heat, place in a bowl and add the egg yolks.
When the mixture has cooled, add the flour and the egg whites mounted to snow.
Put the dough into a cake tin of 24 cm in diameter and place in the oven at 200 degrees.
Remove after 40 minutes to not let harden the cake.
If you wish, you can mount a small Pack of cream as a garnish.

- 125 g of fresh butter
- 200 g of bitter chocolate fudge
- 125 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of white flour
