Instructions

18711 CHOCOLATE CAKE INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 180 g flour, 200 g butter, 200 g sugar, 6 eggs, 50 g chopped hazelnuts, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder.

Whip the egg whites until foamy, and blend the mixture gently.

Grease and flour a cake tin with a diameter of 24 cm and pour the prepared dough.

Place in the oven already warm at 180° and cook for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven, put and let cool.

Meanwhile passed the chestnuts to the Blender, add the sugar dissolved in a tablespoon of hot water, the cream in the refrigerator and assembled quickly, rum; Worked well to obtain a smooth and homogeneous cream.

Melt the chopped chocolate in a Bain-Marie, stirring with a wooden spoon until you have a smooth cream.

Divide the cake in half horizontally and fill with the cream of chestnuts.

The recompose and cover the surface with melted chocolate spread with a spatula.
