Chocolate and pear cake
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with sugar until chantarelles, will add the flour, cocoa, baking powder, melted butter and knead until you have a smooth dough.
Peel the pears, cut into slices and place them together to the mixture and stir thoroughly.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently blend.
Pour into a buttered and lined with baking paper and cook in the oven already warm in 200 degrees for an hour.
Remove the Pan from the oven, put the cake and sprinkle the surface with icing sugar.
