Chocolate and PEAR cake (Torta cioccolato e pere)
Instructions
Chop the chocolate and keep it aside. In a large bowl beat the eggs with the sugar. One at a time, combine butter, yogurt, milk, vanilla and chocolate. Work well and add the flour, potato starch and yeast, making sure to pass through a sieve.
Grease and flour a baking sheet of about 24 cm in diameter and pour in the mixture. Peel the pears, cut them into wedges and put them in the mix. Bake in hot oven at 160-170° c for about 40 min. When is cold dust the cake with icing sugar.

- 150 g dark chocolate
- 200 gr sugar
- 100 g soft butter
- 230 gr flour
- 70 g potato starch
- 1 jar of yogurt from 125 gr
- 80 g milk
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 sachet of vanilla
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2-3 pears (about 600 g)
- icing sugar
