Instructions
Make the pastry with the above ingredients, taking care not to mix, warming it with your hands.
If too sticky, put it a bit in the fridge.
With two-thirds of the pastry line a baking tray with follower (26 cm diameter), forming a few centimeters tall.
Clean apples and cut them into slices, then mix well with other ingredients for the filling.
Distribute it on the bottom of the cake.
Spread the remaining third of dough, so that you can cover with this cake.
Prick the top of the cake with a fork and pour the butter for coverage to bits, almond flakes and sugar.
Put in the oven already warm for an hour and ten minutes.
Some annotation: I'll take some time, instead of just the classic meal, a mixture of plain flour and integral to the fifty percent, and it seems to me that the flavor will giovi.
The breadcrumbs in stuffing serves essentially to absorb excess moisture of apples is not an ingredient absolutely necessary.
The same goes for the raisins: is a matter of taste.

- 1500 g of apples renette
- 100 g of sultanas
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of almonds
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- For coverage:
- 100 g of butter
- 40 g of almond flakes
- 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
