Instructions

Combine the eggs, sugar, lemon zest and mix by diluting with a little milk until a soft cream.

Dissolve the yeast in the milk and add it to the cream.

Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured baking sheet and arrange the pears cut into round slices.

Put in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 1 hour.
