Ricotta Cake (Torta di Ricotta)
Instructions
Whip the egg yolks with sugar and ricotta with a whisk or a blender.
Join little by little the flour and melted butter.
Then gradually add the egg whites, liquor and yeast.
Mix gently and pour into a buttered baking-pan removable rim.
Bake in very hot oven for 30 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of sugar
- 300 g of very fresh ricotta
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of butter
- 300 g of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 dram of liquor
