Instructions
Mix in a bowl the eggs with sugar, flour and cheese.
When the mixture is smooth and creamy, add the zest of a lemon, a pinch of vanilla, almonds, raisins and fine the candies.
Add the melted butter.
Grease with butter a mold from sweets (34 cm) and pour in the mixture.
Cook for 1 hour at 180 degrees in the oven already warm.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1000 g of ricotta
- 6 eggs
- 6 tablespoons of flour
- 1 1/2 cup of sugar
- 5 tablespoons of melted butter
- 2 tablespoons of butter to grease the pan
- Vanilla
- Sultanas
- 15 peeled almonds
- == 1 lemon (zest)
- 150 g of assorted candies
