Bring to a boil the milk, add the rice and lemon zest.
Cook, stirring, until the milk is all consumed, combine peeled and chopped almonds, whole eggs 120 g sugar and put the fire out.
To caramelize the sugar in a pan, pour the rice, and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
It is eaten cold, diamonds.
