Instructions
Remove the butter from the refrigerator and allow to soften at room temperature.
Pass the pumpkin to the food mill.
In a bowl mix the butter with the sugar until you obtain a cream.
Add the eggs and mix for a long time until the mixture becomes very puffy and fluffy.
Add the pumpkin puree, flour, baking powder, grated rind of a lemon, the amaretti and the milk.
The amount of these last two ingredients work depending on the consistency of the dough should be soft.
Grease a mould, pour the mixture and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
Remove, let cool, put.

- 225 g of flour

- 100 g of butter
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 sachet of yeast
- 1 lemon
