Whip the egg yolks with half the butter and sugar.
Add to the mixture the flour, cocoa, ground almonds, baking powder and egg whites.
Pour into a buttered mould, bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Baked, let cool the cake; cut it in half, add grapefruit juice mixed with orange, spread of jam.
Melt the chocolate with the butter and spread the cream all over the cake.
