Tah pie
Instructions
Bain-Marie melt butter with chocolate.
Whip the egg yolks with sugar, add butter and melted chocolate, but not hot, flour and whipped egg whites.
Mix gently and pour the mixture, which is very soft in a mold, previously prepared, so that it has a thickness of about 1 cm or so.
Bake not too hot, about 140 degrees, for 40 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of good-quality dark chocolate, in pieces
- 200 g of sugar
- 100 g of butter (or margarine)
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of flour
