Softened with a wooden spoon the butter, remixing capable enough in a bowl, add the sugar, eggs, lemon zest and flour.
You should get a dough too firm, so as to be able to be taken in spoonfuls without strain.
FRY in plenty of oil the tortelli, detaching them from the crowd, with a spoon.
Have them nicely browned on both sides, then put them out to dry on large paper, sugar spolverizzandoli.
