Mushroom patties
Instructions
The doses indicated are for 4 trays of 10 cm of diameter.
Peel and finely mince shallots using Crescent; Peel the mushrooms, wash them and reduce it into thin slices.
Fry the shallots in a saucepan with the butter, moderate heat for 5 minutes, then add the mushrooms and simmer until the liquid is issuing will be consumed.
Season with salt and pepper and let cool.
Roll out the dough into a pastry 1/2 cm thick and use it to coat the bottom and sides of four buttered pans.
In a bowl mix eggs, cheese, nutmeg, salt and a pepper minced.
Spread mushrooms in trays, sprinkle them with chives and pour over the egg mixture and cheese.
Cook the patties in oven for 10 minutes at 220 degrees and other 10 to 200 degrees.
Serve hot patties.
