Instructions

Check and cut into julienne Zucchini (or sticks), then let them stir-fry for a few minutes with the chopped shallots and half the butter, then add salt and pepper.

Serve the hot pie.

For this preparation, choose small Zucchini, because they are more tender and less watery.
