Slices of swordfish with asparagus
Instructions
Clean and wash the asparagus, then boil them in salted boiling water.
Drain and cut into pieces.
Wash and dry fish.
In a pan melt the butter and fry the fish.
Season with salt and pepper and washed down with wine.
At this point add the swordfish, asparagus and cream, stir and cook for a few minutes over medium heat.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 slices of swordfish (200 g slices)
- 500 g of green asparagus
- 25 g of cream
- 1/3 cup of dry white wine
- 1/2 == Walnut Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
