Trenette with green beans
Instructions
Clean, wash and cut into pieces 2 beans.
Boiling salted water and boil the beans.
While still al dente throw the pasta in same water and let them Cook together.
Place the pesto in a soup-tureen and dilute it with 2 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water, add the parmesan and olive oil.
Drain the pasta and beans and pour them in the tureen.
Mix well and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of type trenette pasta
- 200 g of green beans
- 150 g of pesto
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
