Instructions

Clean, wash and dry the fish.

Mince the Ham with 4-5 leaves of Sage, combine butter and stir with a wooden spoon, salt and pepper.

Brush the fish and fill them with the mixture of ham.

Arrange 4 sheets of baking paper, on each support 3 mullets and close the bag.

Pass in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes and serve at the table still closed.
