Instructions
Eviscerate and wash the fish gently.
In a pan heat four tablespoons of olive oil and soffriggetevi a tuft of parsley and chopped garlic clove half.
When they took color add the tomato pulp.
Add salt and pepper and let simmer for 5 minutes or so.
Place the fish into the sauce and cook for 20 minutes.
Move the Pan occasionally to prevent sticking on the bottom, but do not turn the fish to avoid breaking them.
Sprinkle chopped parsley and serve immediately.
