Smoked salmon trio
Instructions
Work the ricotta with a wooden spoon, to make it a little creamy.
Combine 4 tablespoons oil, herbs, salt and pepper.
Clean, wash and dry the salad more tender leaves.
Divide the ricotta into 4 parts.
Place in each individual dish 2 salmon slices, place the ricotta, and wrap the salad.
Spread on fish a few grains of red pepper and a little lemon juice.
Garnish with a slice of lemon.

- 400 g of ricotta
- 8 slices smoked salmon
- Seasonal salad (or spinach)
- 1 1/2 of lemons
- 4 tablespoons of mixed chopped herbs
- Pink pepper in brine
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
