Trout with surprise
Instructions
From innards cleaned trout and wash.
In a fish Kettle put 100 cl of water, wine and all the spices and drugs, along with a pinch of salt.
Add trout and put on fire.
When it boils, reduce to a minimum the fire and leave again for 5 minutes.
Therefore remove trout from fish kettle and allow it to cool.
On cutting board, cut with a knife the trout along the back and open it gracefully, so that the two sides do not break.
Clean the bones and backbone.
At the bottom, spread the mayonnaise, then distributed the Russian salad and trout recompose.
Always with mayonnaise, sprinkle with imagination, helping you with sprigs of parsley.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 300 g's trout
- 200 g of russian salad
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 leaf of laurel
- 1 sprig of sage
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 costa of celery
- 1 carrot
- 1 bit of cinnamon
- 3 cloves
- Salt
- Pepper
