You can use your favorite fruit (oranges, peaches, apricots, strawberries, lemons, etc.
) provided it is well.
Mondatela and cut it into pieces, put it in a jar and cover with sugar, set to your taste.
Prepare the tea in the traditional way and, still hot, pour it over the fruit and then let it cool before putting it in the refrigerator.
Before serving remove the fruit, has become tasteless as it has given everything to the tea.
Serve very cold in tall glasses with colorful straws.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of water
- 1000 g of fruit to taste
- 3 sachets of tea
- Sugar
