Instructions
Bring to the boil a litre of salt water and vinegar with 1 tablespoon vinegar, lower the heat and put one at a time, shelled eggs, let Cook for about three minutes.
Estraetele with slotted spoon, place on a paper towel and then on a serving dish where you did a reading with the salad, sprinkle with sliced black truffles.
Emulsify the oil with a pinch of salt, some pepper and crushed grain vinegar, pour on the eggs and serve this dish.
