Poached eggs with onion
Instructions
Sliced onions and put them to cook in water.
Once cooked cut it into a sort of puree.
Meanwhile, clean the mushrooms and cook them in salted water.
Add the mushrooms, onions and cover with cream and beaten egg.
Pour this sauce over poached eggs, garnishing them with croutons.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 poached eggs
- 500 g of new onions
- 1 cup of water
- 12 fungi
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 egg
- Some of croutons
- Salt
