Stuffed hard-boiled eggs
Instructions
Rattle off the olives and chopping finely together with tuna, anchovies and capers.
Combine chopped mustard, 3 tablespoons oil and mix until you have a smooth sauce.
Halve the eggs, yolks pass through a sieve and merge them to the sauce.
Perfume with brandy added drop by drop, add salt, pepper and fill with the mixture.
Refrigerate before serving.

- 4 hardboiled eggs
- 6 green olives
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 1 tablespoon of pickled capers
- 1/2 tablespoon of mustard
- 50 g of tuna in olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of brandy
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Peppercorns
- Salt
