Scrambled eggs, if well prepared, have a delicious dish but it is very important that you carefully cooked to be soft and creamy and this depends on the amount of butter used.
Break the eggs into a bowl and when done well with a fork and add salt and pepper.
Dissolve 40 g of butter in a pan, pour the eggs and cook on moderate fire.
