In a saucepan, melt a little butter then add the peeled tomatoes chopped (if there are any fresh tomatoes, add them after having them cleaned and cut into small pieces).
To restrict the gravy, then salt and pepper then add eggs previously beaten with salt, pepper and half a cup of cream.
Cook over low heat and as soon as the eggs will start to stiffen, remove them from the fire otherwise become too spongy.
