In a Holster beat the eggs salt and pepper, with some bits of truffle, take rest and stand for about half an hour.
In a saucepan, put the butter, let it dissolve then pour the eggs and Cook, stirring with a wooden spoon gently for a few minutes should be creamy.
Mix two tablespoons of cream, stir and bake on a hot serving dish, garnish with sliced truffles.
Serve with slices of bread or sliced bread toasted in the oven earlier.
