Scrambled eggs with tomatoes
Instructions
Prepare a tomato sauce in a pan, tomatoes peeled and cut into pieces with the celery, onion, garlic, a bit of sugar, salt and pepper.
Cook about 20 minutes, then add the chopped herbs.
