Grapes in alcohol
Instructions
Take one part of the grapes, break off the berries and spremeteli; Add the juice to alcohol.
Wash the berries of the remaining grapes leaving some picciuolo stuck to fruit; dry it well in a cloth and put it in an airtight jar with grape juice, alcohol and sugar.
The grape and its liquor will be ready after two months of seasoning.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 cl of alcohol at 90 degrees
- 1000 g of grapes
- 200 g of sugar
